Does BSE Recycling charge for its donation services?
No, we do not charge for our donation services, however we may ask donors to cover shipping costs.

How can my organization, school, or as an individual recieve donated equipment from BSE Recycling?
To be placed into our donation database please contact us for an application.

I have computer equipment that I'd like to donate, how do I do this?
Please call us at 1-800-839-5762 or chat with us now through the link on the right. Once the application is filled out, we will contact our local partner organizations to find a suitable match for your equipment. They will then contact you via e-mail to work out delivery or pickup arrangements.

What type of equipment can I donate and what are the requirements?
We do request that the equipment being donated be in good working order. Pentium 2 equivalent and higher machines are accepted for donation.
The list of acceptable equipment includes: Monitors, Computers, Printers, Laptops, Macintosh, Fax Machines, scanners and software.

How do I wipe my harddrive of sensitive data?

BSE Recycling recommends using programs like Darik's Boot and Nuke or Killdisk. Both programs allow a full wipe to Department of Defense standards.

Does BSE Recycling profit from this program?
No, we provide this as a service to our local community.

Are there tax benefits for donating?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide tax benefits as we are not a non-profit corporation.
