For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

We collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, and telephone number.

The information we collect is only to notify visitors who request more information..

With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will contact you before we use your data for these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them .

With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information, we redirect visitors to a secure SSL server. We also have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

BSE Recycling Terms and Conditions

Scope of Agreement

The purpose of this Blue Star Electronics recycling Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is for Blue Star Electronics to provide a service to recycle or reuse your unwanted Computer Hardware (the “Service”). Blue Star Electronics will, upon acceptance of Customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions, begin the process of recycling the Customers’ Computer Hardware or donating Customers’ Computer Hardware for reuse.

The Computer Hardware that will be accepted consists of CPUs, monitors, printer, scanners, fax machines and handheld devices, along with their associated external components such as cables, mice, keyboards, etc. We do not accept other types of consumer electronic equipment such as VCRs, DVDs, etc.

Customer Responsibilities

Blue Star Electronics cannot guarantee that Computer Hardware will be reused; Customer must assume that hardware will be recycled.

After packaging the computer, the Customer will make Computer Hardware available for pickup by a carrier identified by Blue Star Electronics.

Customer will ensure that material shipped is Computer Hardware/Peripherals and no other products or materials. Customer will ensure that the Computer Hardware shipped matches the Computer Hardware description contained in Customer’s order.

Customer is responsible for the deletion of all confidential data that may be contained within the Computer Hardware unless such a service is agreed upon by both parties.

Service Cancellation Policy

Customer may cancel this Service on the same business day as the Service is ordered and obtain a refund or credit. TO cancel the Service, you must call 510-438-4460.

Limited Warranty

Blue Star Electronics warrants that it will perform Services using reasonable care and skill. Blue Star Electronics makes no other warranty and disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You may have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on warranties, so the limitation in this paragraph may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

BLUE STAR ELECTRONIC’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY REASON AND UPON ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION HEREUNDER SHALL BEL IMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICE. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION, OR CLAIMS INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANYT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER TORTS. IN NO EVENT WILL BLUE STAR ELECTRONICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF SAVINGS OR REVENUE, EVEN IF BLUE STAR ELECTRONICS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

General

Nothing in this Agreement affects any statutory rights of consumers that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

This Contract is non-transferable and valid for one customer only.

Blue Star Electronics does not represent that Customer is eligible for a charitable tax deduction as a result of this Service.

Neither Customer nor Blue Star Electronics will bring a legal action, under this Agreement, more than two years after the cause of action arose unless otherwise provided by local law without the possibility of contractual waiver or limitation.

Neither party will be liable for its failure to fulfill any obligation hereunder due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

Customer may not assign, or otherwise transfer, this Agreement or any rights under it without Blue Star Electronics’ prior written consent. Any attempt to do so is void.

In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.

These Services and this Agreement are offered only in the United States.

This Agreement is made under and will be construed in accordance with the law of the State of California without giving effect to its choice of law rules.

This Blue Star Electronics Computer Hardware Recycling Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is the complete and only agreement regarding your purchase of the Blue Star Electronics Computer Hardware Recycling Service (“Service”) for computer hardware.
